I’m Erin Larson, proud owner of O’Sheas Catering.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

My passion for creating fantastic food led me to begin O’Sheas Catering seven and a half years ago. Although we’ve been in business for such a short time, our sales have continually grown and stand at a 400% growth than when we first began.

Our recipe to success has been based on excellence, perseverance, and listening to customers. I believe that if you want happy customers, you need to give clients more than they expect; both in quantity and quality.

Apart from creating great food, I also derive immense satisfaction from the knowledge that I have been able to hire competent employees and pay them well.

When I am not at work, I enjoy working out at the gym and firmly believe in teaching the next generation to work hard and take personal responsibility for their actions

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
